Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. Please arrive 5 minutes early to relax before your treatment.
